As a manufacturer of articles, Hessenkemper GmbH is a “downstream user” within the meaning of the Reach Regulation (EC) 1907 / 2006. As a “downstream user” classified in this way, Hessenkemper GmbH is in principle not subject to any registration obligation under REACH.

Products of Hessenkemper GmbH are also not subject to registration as articles within the meaning of the REACH Regulation.

In the sense of guaranteeing a very high level of product safety and as part of our entrepreneurial responsible basic attitude, we follow the implementation of the REACH regulation and the resulting requirements with the utmost attention. As part of our self-imposed quality philosophy, we are in close contact with our suppliers.

According to current knowledge, only REACH-compliant substances are used in our products.
