Properties

Thermal stability from -110°C to +300°C
Silicone vulcanizates permanently withstand hot air at 180°C and remain flexible even at 250°C for several thousand hours. They also withstand short-term temperature exposure from 300°C to 400°C and higher.
High flash point
The flash point of typical silicone vulcanizates, measured according to ASTM-D 1929-68, is about 430°C and the combustion temperature is about 750°C. The material is low smoke with low toxicity.
Hardness from 10° to 90° ShA
Silicone vulcanizates with a hardness of 50° to 60° ShA withstand lower temperatures and show best flexibility.
High tensile strength
Conductivity and antistatic, antibacterial, oil resistant, aging and weathering resistant,
Approval according to the European Parliament regulation for the food, medical and pharmacy
Transparent or colored in a wide range of RAL colors
